AbstractWe show that the result of Watkins (1990) [19] on constructing vertex-transitive non-Cayley graphs from line graphs yields a simple method that produces infinite families of vertex-transitive non-Cayley graphs from Cayley graphs generated by involutions. The basic diagnostics of an existing building structure

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stavitelství z nepálené hlíny a zkušebními metodami používanými při diagnostice zděných hliněných konstrukcí. Úvodní část pojednává o historii nepálené hlíny a vývoji nepálených cihel. Následně je vysvětlena technologie výroby v minulosti i současnosti, s čímž souvisí použití konstrukčních metod. Dále jsou popsány metody používané při diagnostice hliněných konstrukcí. V druhé části je vytvořena výkresová dokumentace a popsána dispozice objektu, její stavebně-konstrukční řešení a zhodnocení aktuálního stavu objektu.This bachelor work deals with the issue of building from the unburnt clay and the trial methods, which are used during the diagnostic of constructions made from clay bricks. The introductory part concerns with the history of the unburnt clay and the development of the unburnt bricks. Subsequently the technology of production in the past and in the present is explained. The use of constructional methods relates to this technology. Furthermore the methods used during the diagnostic of clay constructions are described. In the second part the drawing documentation is created, the layout of the structure, the structural and constructional solution and the evaluation of the present state of the structure is described.

Multifamily Therapy in the Treatment of Eating Disorders

Souhrn Práce přináší shrnutí šestiletého fungování programu vícerodinné terapie v léčbě poruch příjmu potravy při Centru pro poruchy příjmu potravy Psychiatrické kliniky v Praze. Jde o první zkušenosti s využitím vícerodinné terapie u psychiatrických pacientů v Čechách. Tento terapeutický koncept (Multifamily Therapy)je v zahraničí často využívanou formou práce s pacienty trpícími touto diagnózou a je metodou první volby dle vodítek NICE (2004). Inspirací pro pražský tým byl londýnský Maudsley model. Hlavními cíli práce bylo 1) zavést tento terapeutický přístup do komplexní péče o pacienty s poruchami příjmu potravy, optimalizovat fungující strukturu a program a stabilizovat vyškolený terapeutický tým; a 2) zhodnotit efektivitu vícerodinné terapie a navrhnout vhodnou metodologii. Od roku 2004 se projektu zúčastnilo 20 rodin (zkoumaná skupina). Pro prvotní výzkumný záměr byla zvolena kombinace kvalitativní a kvantitativní metodologie. Kvantitativními metodami byly dotazníky Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), Schwartzova škála hodnocení terapie (SOS-10), dotazník kvality života (SQUALA) a Rosenbergův dotazník sebepojetí (RSE). Bylo hodnoceno 10 oblastí, v nichž byly sledovány změny a posuny. Těmito oblastmi jsou: kvalita života, emoční stabilita jedince, přítomnost symptomů PPP, změny v rodinném stravování,...This paper gives the summary of the six-year operations of multi-family therapy programme in eating disorders at The Eating Disorders Centre at The Psychiatric Clinic, Prague. The research done has been the first experience with multi-family treatment of psychiatric patients in the Czech Republic. This therapy concept is often used abroad as a form of work with patients suffering from the diagnosis of eating disorders. It is a "first choice" method due to NICE Guideline(2004). The inspiration for the Prague team was the London Maudsley model. The main aims of the research were: 1/ to introduce this therapeutic approach into a complex treatment of patients suffering from eating disorders, optimize the functioning structure and programme and stabilize the therapeutic team and 2/ to evaluate the effectiveness of multi-family treatment and suggest the suitable metodology. Since 2004 twenty families which form the observed group have been involved in the project. The combination of qualitative and quantitative methodology was chosen during the primary stage of the research. Předmětem této diplomové práce je zkoumání diskursu fotografie a plakátu. Tyto dva fenomény se snažím propojit do jedné průřezové teorie a vytvořit jejich obecnou charakteristiku. Práce hledá vzájemné průsečíky fotografie a grafického designu/plakátu a aplikuje je v teorii plakátové tvorby. Teoretické principy jsou v didaktické části uvedeny do vyučování výtvarné výchovy na ZŠ. Stejný přístup je uplatněn ve vlastní výtvarné práci. Complex diagnostics of the family house

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou hliněného stavitelství se zaměřením na poruchy a sanace těchto konstrukcí. Úvodní část pojednává o možných poruchách zejména hliněných staveb, dále o příčinách vzniku poruch, jejich projevech a závažnosti. V následující části jsou uvedeny metody sanace nejen hliněných konstrukcí. Jsou zde popsány sanační metody základových, svislých a dřevěných konstrukcí, které vytváří především nosnou část stavby. Ve druhé části je proveden stavebně technický průzkum stávajícího stavebního objektu s přiléhající hospodářskou částí – stodolou. Součástí průzkumu je vytvoření výkresové dokumentace, popsání dispozice a stavebně-konstrukčního řešení objektu, statický výpočet vybrané části konstrukce, zhodnocení aktuálního stavu objektu s případným návrhem opatření a sanací.This master´s thesis deals with the issue of the building from a clay. It is focused on defects and rehabilitations of these constructions. The introductory parts concerns with probable defects especially of clay buildings, furthermore with causes of the creation of defects, its depictions and the relevance. In the following part the methods of rehabilitation not only of clay buildings are presented. In this part the rehabilitative methods of foundation, vertical and wood constructions, which create mainly the structural support of the buildings, are described. In the second part, the structural and technical research of the current structure with farm part – barn is executed. The part of research is creation of the drawing documentation, description of disposition and structural and constructional solution of building, structural calculation of a part of construction, assessment of actual state of structure and prospective plan of proceeding and rehabilitation.

Nursing care of patient with chronic pain from leg ulcer

Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelská péče o nemocného s chronickou bolestí u bércových vředů dolních končetin. Počet pacientů s bércovými vředy přibývá a léčba je dlouhodobá a finančně nákladná. Vše ještě komplikuje bolest. Informace pro teoretickou část jsem čerpala z literatury a odborných časopisů na základě mého vyhledávání a rešerše vytvořené v Národní lékařské knihovně. Také jsem čerpala z internetových zdrojů na toto téma. Další informace jsem získal z doporučení společností zabývající se hojením ran jako jsou: České společnosti pro léčbu ran, Slovenské společnosti pro léčbu ran, evropské společnosti EWMA a České dermatovenerologické společnosti. V praktické části jsem zpracovala případovou studii a popsala ošetřovatelský proces u pacientky s bércovým vředem a chronickou bolestí. Součástí praktické části je posouzení zdravotního stavu podle modelu funkčního zdraví Marjory Gordonové. Informace jsem získala rozhovorem s pacientkou, z dostupné zdravotnické dokumentace a vlastním pozorováním při ošetřování. The number of patients with chronic leg ulcers is rising and the therapy is long term and costly. Everything is also complicated by pain. I found information for theoretical part in literature and professional magazines in National Medical Library. Also I gained information from internet resources. Another information was obtained from recommendation concerning about wound healing such as Czech Wound Treatment Society, Slovakian Wound Treatment Society, EWMA European Society and Czech Dermatological Society. In practical part I processed a case study and described a nursing process of patient with chronic leg ulcers and chronical pain. The practical part including health assessment according to Marjory Gorden's functional model of health. I obtained all information from interview with a patient, from available medical documentation and self-observation during treatment.
